I just wanted to express our deep gratitude and thanks for your mechanic Jason going above and beyond with regards to the customer service he gave our commercial fishing business this weekend. I called your business on Saturday not knowing you were closed that day but Jason answered the phone since he was in the shop and I let him know that we were looking for a thermostat for my husbands engine on our commercial fishing boat and that we are down the coast in Charleston and was needing this right away since we were needing to be able to get out on the ocean to run our crab pots. He spoke with my husband Chuck and found the parts we needed to replace the thermostats on the engine and also had them available for us to drive up that day to be able to pick them up! He was definitely our savior and my husband was able to get the parts put back on the engine today and they will now be able to go out tomorrow and run their crab pots!
